My Tallow Journey

My tallow journey began in the Midlands when I purchased a soap and was amazed by its effects on my skin. This experience led me to delve deeper into the benefits of tallow. With 17 years in the medical profession, I had observed that my patients’ skin conditions were not improving as expected. Many of them asked me to create something to help their skin further.

I started experimenting with organic castor oil, gradually blending it with black seed oil, and observed great effects. Taking the plunge, I sourced raw beef tallow from a local butcher and began experimenting. I rendered pots of tallow, carefully adding castor oil and other oils to the mix, whipping it until it was light and fluffy. The results were transformative, sparking my passion for tallow-based skincare.

I am passionate about educating others on the benefits of tallow and raising awareness. I began sharing my story on social media as a creative outlet. Before I knew it, my journey gained popularity, and I started receiving messages inquiring about purchasing my products. Now, I ship across South Africa and share my experiences with a growing community.

All my tallow products are carefully crafted using the finest and purest oils and essential ingredients. I have also sourced sheep tallow, which has impressed me with its incredible benefits.

Helping people throughout South Africa with their skin conditions has been a tremendous blessing. I cherish the relationships I build with each customer, offering personal consultations to address specific skin needs. Each tallow product is handcrafted and bottled by me, often with the special assistance of my children.

As a mother of two boys who need me present in their lives, tallow has allowed me to support others while being actively involved in their school activities and sports events.

We recently moved to the Midlands, KZN, where resources are more readily available, enabling me to provide the best grass-fed tallow on the market.
